Security system installation services are available with Top Security clearances in domestic and international sites. Whether a small area of manhole covers requires an intrusion detection system, or a complex fiber network needs a continuous monitoring service, installation is available for all CyberSecure IPS products and services. From site analysis and physical installation of hardware, to remote configuration of software and launching a live system, our team ensures seamless operations.
Security System Training
CyberSecure IPS understands the challenges associated with learning new software programs. Fortunately, the user-friendly software interface that moderates CyberSecure IPS products is matched with training support staff who can tailor education sessions to the customer’s needs. Some of our support service packages (below) include annual web-based system training and/or on-site training.
Technical Support Services
CyberSecure IPS’ on-site and remote software support services help expedite resolutions and, in other cases, prevent technical issues from developing. All packages are optional. Some packages include ongoing support with Information Assurance documentation, annual training, a dedicated support member, on-site engineer visits, and more.
Note: Our basic Silver Level does not include a software license annual renewal. One of the key benefits of upgrading to any of our other support packages is that the customer will not have to administer or pay a separate annual fee for the license renewal.
A brief overview of support services is below. Support fees are calculated based on a percentage of the hardware purchased. In addition to our base options below, packages can be customized to our Platinum support levels to provide annual on-site visits, software patches, training, and more.
